Payment Policy

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on any TEVA retreat. This deposit cannot be refunded regardless of the reason for cancellation.

For U.S. retreats, half of the remaining balance is due 60 days before your arrival date, with the other half due 30 days before departure.

For international retreats, half of the remaining balance is due 120 days before your arrival date, with the other half due 90 days before departure.

You're welcome to pay in full at any time. If you're booking after the final payment deadline has passed, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Please note that any invoice not paid within 7 days of the deadlines above may result in your reservation being released. No refunds will be issued for bookings canceled due to non-payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel before the final payment deadline, any payments made beyond your initial $300 deposit will be refunded. The deposit itself remains non-refundable.

If you cancel after the final payment deadline, all payments including the deposit are non-refundable. This reflects the financial commitments we make to our venues, guides, and service partners well in advance of your arrival.

In the unlikely event that TEVA cancels a retreat, you will receive a full 100% refund.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment against unforeseen circumstances.
